01 / Website access

Using this website

1. Information and availability

The website provides venue information for convenience. Menus, services, hours, availability and event details can change, and information may not always be complete or current at the moment you view it. If a detail is important to special arrangements or a planned visit, please confirm it directly with the venue before relying on it. We do not promise that every item, service, time or event shown on the website will remain available, or that the site will always be free from errors.

2. Permitted use

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes, including exploring the venue, making enquiries and planning a visit. You must not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful material, or use site content in an unlawful way. Your use must comply with applicable law and must not prevent other people from using the website. Please keep any information you provide through an enquiry accurate, current and relevant to your request.

3. Third-party services and links

This website may link to or work with external websites and services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review before using them. A link to an external destination does not mean that Bistro Bondi controls that service or accepts responsibility for its content, availability or handling of your information.

02 / Entry conditions

Eligibility and venue entry

Strictly 21+

Bistro Bondi is strictly a 21+ venue. Visitors may be asked to show valid identification before entry or service. This condition applies across dining, hospitality and casino areas. A person who cannot establish eligibility may be refused entry or service. We apply this requirement respectfully so the venue can operate as an adult-only physical setting.

Physical premises and lawful entry

The venue operates in person at Manly Wharf. Admission remains subject to applicable law, venue requirements, available capacity and reasonable staff direction. An online enquiry or registration does not change the physical nature of entry. Please allow staff to manage entry and service in a way that supports a safe and lawful environment for everyone attending.

Right to refuse or remove

The venue may refuse entry, service or continued attendance where this is reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, responsible service, responsible gaming, capacity or the comfort of others. This is not a promise of any particular process beyond what the circumstances require. If you need clarification while at the premises, please speak with venue staff.

03 / Planning a visit

Bookings, entry registration and group enquiries

Requests and confirmation

A table booking, casino-entry registration or group enquiry submitted through this website is a request until the venue confirms it through the relevant process. Availability can vary, including where capacity or venue requirements apply. Please provide accurate, current details when making a request so the venue can assess it properly.

A request is not confirmed until confirmed by the venue.

Changes to plans

If your group size, timing or another material visit detail changes, please notify the venue as soon as reasonably possible. Any requested adjustment remains subject to availability and venue requirements. Early communication helps staff understand your plans, but it does not create a guaranteed outcome or change the conditions applying to entry.

Group organiser responsibility 21+

A person making a group enquiry should ensure attendees understand the 21+ rule, venue expectations and any terms presented for the relevant group arrangement. Bistro Bondi is strictly a 21+ venue. A particular group arrangement may have additional terms, and the organiser should share those details with attendees before the visit.

Venue conduct and service

Respectful conduct

We ask every visitor to treat other guests, staff and the venue with respect. You must not engage in unlawful, abusive, threatening, disruptive or unsafe conduct. These examples are not exhaustive. Reasonable staff directions intended to support safety and lawful operation must be followed. This helps maintain a welcoming physical setting for people using dining, hospitality and casino areas.

Responsible service and compliance

Service and participation are subject to applicable laws, licensing requirements and responsible hospitality practices. The venue may need to make practical decisions to meet those obligations and to support a safe, welcoming setting. Nothing in these terms requires staff to provide a service or permit participation where doing so would be inconsistent with those responsibilities.

Damage and loss

Visitors may be responsible for loss or damage caused by their unlawful, negligent or intentional acts, to the extent permitted by law. This statement is intended to address conduct affecting venue property or other people; it does not create promises about storage, security or arrangements for personal belongings.

Offline gaming and responsible play

Physical, real-money gaming

Casino gaming is conducted in person at the physical premises and uses real money. It is not an online casino or remote wagering service. Participation is limited to eligible adults aged 21 or over. Bistro Bondi is strictly a 21+ venue. Games such as blackjack, roulette, poker and pokies may be available at the venue, but gaming is intended as entertainment only, not as income, an investment or a way to recover losses.

Licensing notice

Bistro Bondi operates as a licensed hospitality and offline gaming premises authorized by Liquor & Gaming New South Wales.
